Selected as Racor Filter Distributorship of Oregon specializing in fuel, trucking, and marine filtration systems.
June 2006
Selected as the Lincoln equipment distributor specializing in railroad equipment and services for the Northwest.
July 2005
Acquired properties and lubricant business of Harrington Petroleum in Roseburg, Oregon. Secured lubricant contracts with Texaco. Purchase included two cardlock facilities that were converted to CFN, along with the three other owned cardlocks in the Roseburg.
July 2003
Selected as the authorized Portec Rail equipment factory service, warranty and installation distributor for the Northwest.
July 2001
Acquired assets and leased facilities of competitive jobber Glausi Oil. Secured lubricant contracts with Chevron, Shell, and Castrol. Purchase included two CFN cardlock facilities along with CFN franchisee. Corporate office moved across the street to leased bulk plant which was acquired in the transaction.
October 1998
Acquired Trucking division of Pacific Petroleum. Purchase included common carrier contract with Tosco to haul to BP stations in Lane County and Pacific Petroleum cardlocks.
June 1996
Acquired Unocal 76 distributorship in Coos Bay and Reedsport, Oregon with purchase of Cumberland Distributing. Purchase included a Pacific Pride cardlock facility in Reedsport.
June 1995
Negotiated common carrier contract with Unocal 76 to haul gasoline to all Union 76 stations in Southern Oregon.
September 1994
Acquired Unocal 76 distributorships in Roseburg and Riddle, Oregon with purchase of Taucher & Hutchings. Purchase included two cardlock facilities.
November 1993
Acquired lubricant customers from Pacific Petroleum, Exxon jobber.
August 1992
Expanded bulk lube oil capacity by leasing tank farm from McCall Oil.
June 1992
Acquired Pacific Pride franchisee and opened new automated commercial cardlock fueling facility in Veneta, Oregon.
May 1992
Assumed Oakridge territory served by retiring Unocal 76 jobber, Nesmith Fuels.
November 1991
Leased additional property adjacent to existing Eugene bulk plant to accommodate expanded truck fleet.
June 1991
Acquired Whitmore Lubricants distributorship for States of Washington and Oregon. Later expanded area to Northern Idaho, Western Montana, British Columbia, and Northen California.

Acquired Oregon Lubricants, a small lubricant and chemical jobber based in Marcola, Oregon. Sub-jobber for Kendall Lubricants.
September 1990
Installed bulk lube oil tanks and equipped trucks to deliver directly into customer bulk tanks.

Ron Tyree left career with Union Oil Company / Unocal and started Unocal 76 distributorship in Eugene serving the greater Lane County area.
