Tyree Oil, Inc. (Tyree) has announced the acquisition of Moreland Oil Company effective May 1, 2020 and will be conducting business as Moreland Reliability Services (“Moreland”). Moreland is based in McMinnville, Oregon, and is supported by a second location in Amity, Oregon. Moreland specializes in Industrial lubricants and reliability programs for its customers to maximize equipment efficiency and up-time.
